A. First come, first see is the theory of the Illinois State Fair officials are using for the program you mention. The Cowsills will appear with Oliver and Art Linkletter at 7 pm Friday, Aug 14. Tickets are $2, no reserved seats. The office of Thomas B. Evans, state fair manager, told T.D. tickets may be ordered in advance by sending a check payable to the Illinois State Fair. For a Cowsill "lover," a date with the Cowsills should be a date to remember, eh? T.D. hoped the tickets aren't already sold out for you.
