MGM Records is rushing out a new single by the Cowsill clan for a Feb. 2 release. "Two by Two," a rocker by now non-group member Bill Cowsill, should be a new hit for the Cowsills while they give Las Vegas a run for its money during their first headline stand at the Flamingo Hotel, now preparing for the troop invasion of its main room Jan. 29.
