CavOILcade Plans Released

A wide variety of public entertainment will be offered in Port Arthur's 19th annual CavOILcade Oct. 21-24. The official program was released today by Mrs. Hazel Barron, executive secretary.
One high point of the celebration will be the appearance of the Cowsills Family singing group. The five Cowsills will perform Oct 23 at 8:15 p.m. in Thomas Jefferson Auditorium.
