Carl Reiner and Michele Lee prove fashions can be fun when they co-host "The Wonderful World of Pizzazz," a musical-comedy commentary on life styles around the world to be colorcast on Channel 4 tonight at 7:30.

Stretching the fashion concept to include hair styles, Reiner models a 27-foot beard, an eight foot mustache and assorted body hair while discussing the current "outgrowth" or do-it-yourself fur. Following a report on wig making in Hong Kong, the Cowsills sing the title song with the Broadway musical "Hair."
