Apparently there was a CD published by Flower Power Concerts featuring one song from each group plus the finale.
The Cowsills were a part of the 35th Happy Together Tour. This is also a 10th straight tour year anniversary. The Cowsills joined Flo and Eddie of The Turtles, Chuck Negron (Three Dog Night), The Buckinghams, Gary Puckett (The Union Gap), and The Classics IV.

Some venues wouldn't allow Chuck to perform with the HTT. For those dates, Mark Lindsay filled in.

Happy Together concert was great
My favs in order were
The Cowsills
Gary Puckett
Chuck Negron(3 dog night)
The Turtles
The Buckinghams
The Classics 4
Cowsills only ahead of Gary because their music was more upbeat
Teddy B. - May 31 - Charleston Music Hall in Charleston, South Carolina - May 31, 2019

Diane S. - Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Florida - June 1, 2019

Richard R. - Pompano Beach Amphitheater in Pompano Beach, Florida - June 5, 2019
I never had the honor of seeing the Cowsills in concert until 2016's Happy Together tour. Saw them again on the HT in 2017 and then again last night and loved them again.
Rick W. - Anderson Music Hall in Hiawassee, Georgia - June 8, 2019
Had a fantastic time last night seeing the Happy Together Tour!! The Cowsills were the best of course!!
Barbara W. A. - St. George Theatre on Staten Island - June 12, 2019
Saw them on the HT. Yes they stole the show
Teddy B. - Place unknown - June 2019
Opening the show was The Cowsills. I've seen them many times with The Happy Together tour and they never fail to entertain. They are so lively and energetic.
Jim C - Conservative Daily News - June 2019
I saw you guys many times keep rocking was at Westbury last week you took the house down
Anthony C. - NYCB Theatre in Westbury, New York - June 15, 2019
We see this show every year and it is a "feel good" experience. It opens with the Cowsills and their songs are very uplifting. I'm glad that Mark and Howard added them to the line up a couple of years ago.
C. - NYCB Theatre at Westbury - Westbury, New York - June 15, 2019
This show was wonderful . . . so much fun. I've always wanted to see The Cowsills, and they were terrific.
Keith - Bergen Performing Arts Center in Englewood, New Jersey - June 18, 2019
Cowsills were awesome!!
LP - Paramount Theatre - Asbury Park, New Jersey - June 21, 2019
The Cowsills were the best sounding vocally of the whole night. Great harmonies
DJ - Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom - Hampton Beach, New Hampshire - June 23, 2019
And, most important, their lovely harmonies and strong vocal cords were on display for "Indian Lake" and, of course, "Hair."
Cynthia M. - Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis, Massachusett - June 25, 2019
Fantastic show. Cowsills phenomenal as always
Chris F. L. - Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis, Massachusett - June 25, 2019
Lots of fun! Cowsills were a great opening act. Very enjoyable night.
Patti Pat - Landmark Theatre in Syracuse, New York - June 29, 2019
The show was fantastic!!! Loved every act but especially the Cowsills and the Buckinghams!!!
Ed - Landmark Theatre in Syracuse, New York - June 29, 2019
I finally got to see my favorite band, The Cowsills. Always wanted to see them when I was a kid, but never got to. I even got to talk to Bob Cowsill. After fifty years, I finally got to see them. Thank you so much.
Andy - Ocean City Music Pier in Ocean City, New Jersey - June 30, 2019
This concert was absolutely fantastic!!! The venue was hot (literally very warm inside), but the acts were hotter!!! I guess that's why I was the only person dancing through most of it. I was 9 1/2 years old when saw The Cowsills in concert at Steel Pier in July of 1969, and to be able to see them again was really exciting for me!!!
Susan M. - Ocean City Music Pier in Ocean City, New Jersey - June 30, 2019
A wonderful show, with The Cowsills (Susan, Paul & Bob) being the absolute highlight for me.
Kip Brown - Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza in Thousand Oaks, California - July 18, 2019
The Cowsills were absolute knockouts! Worth the 400 miles we drove to see them!
Donnie - Effingham Performing Arts Center in Effingham, Illinois - August 7, 2019
I would have given this show 5 stars if the 2 best acts needed to performed longer. Those 2 acts were The Cowsills and Chuck Negron. Both of them were fabulous and it was obvious from the crowd's reaction I was not the only one who felt that way.

Mark Lindsay replaced Chuck Negron for the show at the Bob Hope Theatre in Stockton, California due to restrictions put on the show by the venue.
53 shows in 23 states are on the tour this year.
They traveled 1197.6 miles in May, 5177 in June, 4402 in July and 6816.1 in August. That's a total milage of 17,592.7! That's 4490.8 miles more than last year.
The two buttons Paul wore on his vest this year represented Peace and Love. (Bob ask where understanding was. hee hee)
Part of Mark Volman's comedy this year is saying he wrote and starting to sing "Riders On The Storm." He stops the band from playing and says, "I think you need to stop there. Stop, that's going to be a copyright thing." They stop. Mark turns back to the audience and the band starts playing it
again. He looks at the band - they stop. He looks at the audience - they play.
|
On the last day of the tour, Bob Cowsill celebrated his 70th birthday! Happy Birthday Bob!!
