Teen-age favorites, the Cowsills, will appear earlier that same day (Aug 14) as part of the "Firefighter's Spectacular" entertainment special, starring comedy team Allen and Rossi, at 12 noon. This singing family's fast rise to fame has been prompted by their hit recordings, "The Rain, the Park and Other Things" and "We Can Fly."
