Others drawing heavy applause ere The Cowsills, Gigliola Cinquetti, Dionne Warwick, Milva, Massimo Ranieri and Lara Saint Paul. Miss Saint Paul came out of nowhere with a surprise set of pipes qualifying her as practically the only pro jazz singer on the Italo scene.
