Jackpot – OK, technically it’s only the Beach Boys

. . .

(Note: several mistakes by writer in the following paragraph)

In addition to the 59-year-old Johnston, who’s probably best known as a songwriter (he wrote “I Write the Songs” for Barry Manilow), the new Beach Boys include drummer Mike Kowalski, lead guitarist Adrian Baker, Rhythm guitarist Scott Totten, Bassist Chris Farmer and keyboard plays Tom Bonhomme and John Cowsill.

Yeah, that John Cowsill, now 47. He was the drummer with the family pop band of the ‘60s (“The Rain, the Park and Other Things,” “Hair”) that was the inspiration for The Partridge Family.
