Twinkle Award this week goes to the Cowsills for making music a family affair. Mama Cowsill and her troop of five singing children between the ages of 8 and 19 are a cross between Peter, Paul and Mary and the Trapp Family Singers. They have had previously a hit single and now a best-selling album and a new single high-flying 45 r.p.m.
