PASSES MILLION MARK - Celebrations were in order this weekend for Tony Romeo at his 1202 Hillside Drive, Waterviel, home as he receives his first Golden Record, awarded composers whose records have sold one million copies. Besides his golden "Indian Lake," written early last summer, he has others recorded by the Cowsill Family, "Poor Baby" which has been in the top spot, and one, described as "Christmasy," called "Candy Kid," currently No 12. At age 29 he's been working in New York City the last eight years with an older brother. They're sons of the late Frank Momeo and Mrs. Irene Perrelle.
