Blue Northern is a 6-piece, country-rock band. The four songs on this extended-play disc show how the group has been influenced by both country and rock sounds, especially early 1960s British bands.
Blue Northern has competent musicianship, but it hasn’t developed any distinctive personality, and there’s nothing particularly imaginative about the musical or vocal arrangements.
