First The Jacksons and now
Another musical family is coming out with allegations their father was not a great guy.
The latest to join the papa-bashing is the 1960’s pop group the Cowsills, Richard Cowsill (yes, that’s their real name) says the family’s patriarch, Bud Cowsill, was a “child abuser, physically and sexually.”
“My sister had to leave the house at 12 years old because she resisted his advances and he battered her,” says Richard, a roadie for the band and now a New York real estate broker.
“My father used his kids. We were a stage production.”
The elder Cowsill can’t answer the charges. He died in a plane crash earlier this year.
