The Cowsills, a family recording group, will be the featured attraction of the grandstand show at the opening today of the 117th York Inter-State fair. Performances will be at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Today, is the traditional children’s day and city and county public and parochial school children and teachers will be admitted free.
