All the other aging rockers are coming back, so why not the Cowsills? Most of the family (five of the original eight) have regrouped and, as you read, are making songs in a Los Angeles studio, though they're still looking for a record contract. The group, which disbanded in 1970, will tour this summer with oldies acts like Grass Roots and Gary Puckett and the Union Gap.
