Cowsill: Dad was child abuser
The latest parent-basher is Richard Cowsill, non-singing member of the '60s group The Cowsills.
"My father was a child abuser, physically and sexually," he says of Bud Cowsill, who died in a plane crash several weeks ago. "My sister had to leave the house at 12 years old because she resisted his advances and he battered her."
Now a Long Island real estate broker, Cowsill, who was a Cowsill roadie, added: "My father used his kids . . . We were a stage production."
