The Cowsills, inspiration behind the '70s TV show The Partridge Family, whose hits include 'Indian Lake,' 'Hair' and the TV theme song 'Love American Style,' are scheduled to perform next Thursday (Aug. 8) at the Kowloon in Saugus.
Also on state that night, the 18-member Capt. Wolf Band, which bills itself as "The largest rock and blues band cast of teh Mississippi River."
The group originally comprised six siblings. Two are deceased today. Current members include founder Bob Cowsill, Susan Cowsill and Paul Cosill, whose familiar harmonies are as infectious today as 40 years ago.
