THE COWSILLS - one of the most popular and beloved touring acts of the late 1960s and early 1970s with 15 albums & multiple chart-topping hits (and the inspiration for hit TV Series "The Partridge Family") - are coming to the historic Regent Theatre in Arlington in concert for one night only Friday, October 6th, 2023, at 7:00pm.
Distinguished by angelic sibling harmonies and songs with sun kissed melodies, The Cowsills enjoyed great success not only with their music but appearing as guests on many icon television variety shows such as "The Ed Sullivan Show," and "The Today Show," and even hosted their own TV special.
At the Regent, Bob, Paul and Susan - who continue to carry on the legacy of THE COWSILLS - will perform their hits including "THE RAIN, THE PARK AND OTHER THINGS (Flower Girl)," "HAIR (Theme from the musical ;Hair')," "INDIAN LAKE," "WE CAN FLY," and "LOVE AMERICAN STYLE," to name a few - backed by their longtime touring band.
Kicking off the evening on stage will be a special "Conversation with The Cowsills" - exclusive to this show - with music journalist and author, Jim Sullivan, who wrote for the Boston Globe for more than 25 years.
The Regent Theatre, "Arlington's Show Place of Entertainment" since 1916, is located on 7 Medford Street in Arlington - minutes from Cambridge and Boston. For tickets and for more information call 781-646-4849 or visit https://www.regenttheatre.co m/details/the_cowsills
