WILKES-BARRE — While chilly autumn weather ruled outside, the Beach Boys brought the sounds of a 1960s summer to Wilkes-Barre. The iconic rock band performed a packed set to a packed audience Sunday night at the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts.
