The Cowsills from Newport, R.I., will raise their voices in pop tunes for their first special which will be colorcast on the NBC network. Ch. 4 locally. Saturday from 8:30 to 9 p.m. The clan is composed of mother Barbara, daughter Suzie, 8, and sons Bill, 20; Paul, 16: Barry, 13, and Johnny, 11.
