Barbara Cowsill, mother of the seven singing Cowsill youngsters, has been receiving so much mail from fans seeking advice she's thinking of writing an advice-type column. Most of the correspondence, she says comes from teen-agers who want help in solving problems ranging from scissor-happy fathers to the complex tragedies of broken homes.
