LINCOLN - Two changes, one in the entertainment format and the other in the weather, are being counted on to set a new attendance record at the 1971 Nebraska Fair.

The Cowsills and Doodletown Pipers will offer a family-style variety show, heavy on music and comedy. The Pipers have been a hit on a network show this summer.
