There’s also the Cowsills in the collection. The family group with that All-American taste and that All-American style which made the song “Hair” into a bubblegum trifle.
But they can be forgiven that after you hear “The Rain, the Park, and Other Things,” and “Indian lake” and the rest of the album. They are a fairly good singing group with a tight rhythmic and harmonic nature. “We Can Fly” is an example of this. Mainly though, this is a greatest hits album, and if you like the Cowsills, it’s a bargain.
