A Rhode Islander, John Cowsill is a renowned drummer, musician and singer. He is best known as a member of the popular American rock band, The Beach Boys. Cowsill has been an active part of the music industry since the 1970s and has worked with various artists like Hootie and the Blowfish, Dwight Twilley and America. He even lent his vocals for Disney's animated series 'The Lion Guard'.
Cowsill's musical talent stems from his family background; he was born into a musical family that performed under the name "The Cowsills". Moreover, he has been inducted into the Rhode Island Music Hall of Fame. He continues to be actively involved in music production and touring.
