The Cowsills To Appear In Concert

PENSACOLA – The Cowsills will appear in concert at the Municipal Auditorium in Pensacola under the sponsorship of the Popular Entertainment Committee of The University of West Florida on Sunday, May 17, at 8 p.m.

The Cowsills are brothers Bill, Bob, Barry and John, mother Barbara Cowsill and daughter Susan.

Their biggest hits include “The Rain, The Park, and Other Things,” “Poor Baby,” “In Need of a Friend,” and “Hair.”

General admission tickets are now on sale at the following places in the Pensacola area for $3.50 advance sale cost: Town and Country Record Shop, Town and Country Plaza; Ed White’s on Palafox downtown; Pleezing Music Center, 1980 North “T” Street. In Milton, tickets will be on sale in McComb’s Pharmacy on the corner of Stewart Street. Tickets at the door will be $4.

University of West Florida students with identification cards may purchase tickets in the Great Hall of the Commons Building from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at $1.50.
