Among the special guests on "Hootie & The Blowfish" is (Woody) Harrelson himself, who joins the vocal chorus on "Little Brother." Also on hand are Vicki Peterson (Bangles, Continental Drifters), Susan Cowsill (Cowsills, Continental Drifters), and Emily Saliers (Indigo Girls), who sings on "When She's Gone." "I've always wanted her on one of our records; we listen to them so much!" raves Rucker. "Every time we played that song, I'd hear Emily singing it. And she came down and it was perfect." The band also covers the Continental Drifters' "The Rain Song," with the help of Peterson and Cowsill.
