Will be sold on the premises at public auction, Friday August 16, A.D. 1968 at eleven o'clock a.m. Daylight Savings Time, the premises hereafter described located on Columbus Avenue, Newport, Rhode Island, by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain deed made and executed by William J. Cowsill and Barbara C. Cowsill, his wife, as tenants by the entirely, both of said Newport dated August 17 1968 and recorded in Newport land Evidence Records in Volume 205(?) at Page 446, the conditions of the said mortgage deed having been broken, which said property is described in said deed as follows:
