Lewistonians don't have to go far to find their recreation. The city sports eight parks, two baseball and football areas, a find hockey rink (artificial ice), and the Central Main Youth Center with a roller and ice skating capacity of 3,000. Conventions and specials (like the recent appearance of The Cowsills) are staged at the Lewiston Armory.
