Two singles from the Broadway musical, "Hair," are currently riding the top-10 charts. A medley, "Aquarius" and "Let the Sun Shine In," by the Fifth Dimension captures the gospel-like beauty of the two songs. The quintet sings in their best "Up, Up and Away" style, and the result is breathtaking.
The title song done by the Cowsills, is equally good, even though the presentation doesn't sound a bit like the Cowsills. They have forsaken their sweet (and delightful) family-rock style for a gritty, hard sound intended to reflect the humor and satire of "Hair."
