Two big name musical groups are headin’ Lawton-Fort Sill way this month. . .
The New Christy Minstrels will perform June 14 at the Fort Sill Officers Club. A patio supper will precede the show. Tickets went on sale today at the club.
The Cowsills are booked for an outdoor concert at 8:30 p.m., June 27 at Cameron College.
Dean Richard Mauck said the free program is open to both Cameron students and the general public. The quartet will perform east of Shepler Center on the campus.
The group is composed of Bill Cowsill, lead guitar-producer; Bob Cowsill, rhythm guitar-producer, Barry Cowsill, bass guitar, and John Cowsill, drums.
