The Cowsills on Saturday and Vanilla Fudge, plus Rhinoceros, on Sunday (Aug. 30,31), headline Moe Septee’s Labor Day Weekend pops programming at airconditioned Convention Hall here. Both evenings offer double headers, beginning at 7:30 and 9:45 p.m. The Cowsills have become an unusual asset to the entertainment business – a harmonizing family from Newport, R.I. The group includes four singing brothers, Bill, Bob, Barry and John Cowsill, their little sister Susan and their mother Barbara Cowsill. Two other brothers, Dick and Paul, are road managers, while the father, Bud Cowsill is chief coordinator.
