Susanna Hoff's and Vicky Peterson's combined psych-o-delicious birthday bash, coordinated by the ever-dexterous Pam Tubow at Casa Bangles (right next door to Miles Copeland's Bavarian house of horrors) was almost as good as the parties in Beyond the Valley of the Dolls, a video copy of which Ms. Peterson received, along with that perfect gift for '60s addicts, a lava lamp. . . . . But the couple that intrigued us the most had to be Susan Cowsill and Dwight Twilley, who were seen discussing the rain, the park and other things.
