“Jungle” Dwight Twilley, EMI-America ST-17107. In his fifth LP since his spontaneously combustible 1975 classic “I’m On Fire,” transplanted Tulsan Twilley has enlisted nine guitarist, five keyboardists and no less than Tom Petty and Susan Cowsill on background vocals in his latest attempt to duplicate that first flash of brilliance. And it’s Petty’s distinctive warblings that highlight Twilley’s current sings, “Girls,” the success of which only proves that there are a lot of people out there who just can’t wait for the next T. P. album.
