Jonathan Winters' Show to Aid Indians

Comedian Jonathan Winters, in a major fundraising drive on behalf of American Indians, will headline two concerts at the Anaheim Convention Center the night of October 18.

Starring with Winters will be Indian folk singer Buffy Ste. Marie, Andy Williams, the Cowsills, and Paul Weston's orchestra.

Proceeds from the concerts are for the "Jonathan Winters Scholarship Fund" to aid American Indians.

THE EVENT will be sponsored by Arrow, Inc., a national nonprofit and tax-exempt organization working with more than 200 Indians tribes in the U.S.

Winters is chairman of the Los Angeles board of directors for Arrow, Inc. The organization has undertaken projects in education, training, social welfare, research and economic development for American Indians.
