So what's happening in L.A. these days? Are you back?
I moved back in 2003 to marry my high school crush (former Cowsills drummer John Cowsill).
Excellent! Should I ask if you're still married?
Of course; we're newlyweds. Here's the deal: He tours with The Beach Boys.
Wow — and they're playing two days before the Bangles at the fair.
I'll be there. That way I'll get the lay of the land and get to know all the security people.
As to L.A., I'm only slightly familiar with the music scene. I play in another band called the Lamps; it's completely different than anything Banglish, sort of like R.E.M. on downers. I play bass in that band and we tend to haunt the Silver Lake scene. So there's some stuff happening there but, as far as Hollywood, I couldn't even tell you.
