Q. - Are the Cowsills breaking up their group? I saw them on a few shows and I think they are wonderful. It's great to see a mother who doesn't mind if her sons wear long hair and groovy clothes. I would like to know why they are thinking of breaking up. - M. B., Wallingford, Conn.
A. - The Cowsills are riding the crest of popularity with their hit records and concert appearances, not to mention their TV guest shots, and they have no plans to disband.
