Phil Lineback, Indiana State FBLA president and Sharpsville-Prairie High School student, holds first place plaque, in National Spelling Relay won by Indiana at Leadership Conference.
Twenty-nine Indiana students wernt to Dallas, Texas, June 15-18 for the Future Business Leaders of America. Leadership Conference. Several awards were won by these students for the state of Indiana; first place, National Spelling Relay; second place, Public Speaking; fourth place, Best State Chapter Exhibit; ninth place, Miss Future Business Leader of America and five Gold Seal awards, a special achievement award.
During one evening of the conference the students were entertained by the Cowsills.
