As a performer-composer, Buffy Sainte-Marie is inimitable. A Cree Indian, Buffy carries her hertitage with pride. She has spent many hours during her career working for the betterment of her people. She does so again on Oct. 18 when she donates her time for two Indian charity concerts at the Anaheim Convention Center where she will star with Jonathan Winters, Andy Williams, and The Cowsills. Proceeds from both concerts will go to a newly established national American Indian Scholarship Fund.
This is certainly a worth-while case and deserves community support, tickets at box-office and Mutual agencies.
