Tickets continue to be on sale for the Cowsills concert to be here Parents' Weekend, Saturday at 8 p.m. in Lanntz. The Student Activities Board is offering tickets in the union lobby at $3.50 for floor seats and $2.50 for those in the balcony.
The Cowsills is a hit-making MGM recording group that just also happens to be a family enterprise. Bob, Paul, John, Barry, and Susan perform with their parents Barbara and Bud.
June 1967, marked the debut of the Cowsills into the national musical consciousness with their first MGM album, "The Cowsills," which contained the group's first million-seller, "The Rain, The Park, and Other Things." Another familiar release of theirs is "Indian Lake."
