After several years of spinning his wheels the Vancouver resident has just hooked up with K.D. Lang’s manager Larry Wanagas, who plans to get an album out by early 1987. With Cowsill’s warm and personal croon, splendid taste in guitar players (not long ago Colin James was his sideman, last week it was the dazzling Gary Koliger, this week ex-Prism member Lindsay Mitchell) and sturdy original rock ‘n’ roll, the opportunity may not be so easy to come by in the future.
