“I was finding records from the ‘60s and appreciating their production, arranging and song-writing,” says McGinty, who admits a weakness for “bubblegum music” – and whose formative musical moments growing up in Atlantic City included a Cowsills concert and rehearsals for the Miss America Pageant.
