Being a creature of whims, fancies and capricious desires, I oftimes get a sudden urge to stand on the corner of Third and Main and yell: “The Cowsills are coming! The Cowsills are coming!”
Well, they’re coming. The Cowsills. Friday Nov. 28. Two performances at memorial hall, 4 and 8:60 p.m.
What is a Cowsill?
Freckles, Laughter, Big brown eyes, a Munster-like mansion in Newport, R.I., a mini-mommy, and a whole lot of talent. That’s a Cowsill.
This wholesome singing family completely sold out their last Dayton performance at Memorial Hall in May and promised the local promoters a return date “as soon as there was an opening.”
So-o-o-o, there’s “an opening.”
AND . . . THE COWSILLS are coming! The Cowsills are coming!”
