The Cowsills, the six-member family which has become one of the country's leading popular singing and recording groups, will give a special show tomorrow at the Corpus Christi State School in addition to their appearance here daily at the Caller-Times International Auto Show.
The group will perform from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in the state school's gymnasium. About 100 children at the school plus another 100 youngsters from the Coastal Bend Opportunity Center and another 100 children from Ada Wilson Hospital of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation will view the special free musical show.
The Cowsills will also put on shows tomorrow and Friday at memorial Coliseum, site of the four-day auto show, at 7, 2 and 9 p.m. They will give four performances Saturday and Sunday.
There is a charge of $1.50 for adults and 50 cents for children 12 and under to get into the coliseum to the auto show and hear the Cowsills.
