COMMON FOLK - 14th annual Boston Common June Dairy Festival included a Cowsill concert, Sunday in the Hatch Memorial Shell, on Boston's Esplanade. Twenty-five thousand people heard and saw the Cowsills. Officials said it was the largest attendance in the history of the Hatch Shell . . . also the best controlled! The Cowsills were in Burlington at UVM Thursday.
