The local musician is a prolific songwriter, but he’s also a willing cover artist. Here, he turns his attention to the relatively unknown Ass Ponys, but he’s also taken on bigger names like Bruce Springsteen and New Order.
The band gets back together. Jane Hawley, Tim Leacock, Danny Patton and Steve Pineo revisit the songs from their heyday in the mid-‘90s. Leacock, Pineo and Watson also play in the Joe Defendents – a nod to the Co-Dependants, in which they were joined by Billy Cowsill – at Wide Cut Weekend.
