We used to drive around listening to the radio and critiquing records. One time the Cowsills came on CKLW -- I said, "I don't want to listen to that" and started to push the button. Bob said, "No, no, let's listen. They're on the radio; we're not." He wanted to study records we didn't even like, to see what was the attraction.
