Bob, Bill and little John take time out to relax in the hay! Now's the time for exchanging brotherly confidences!!!

Barry can't stop smilin' - when he thinks of those fab plans he's been making for his future days!

Trio of Cowsills riding in a row! They're all having fun! But which one is going to win the race?

.. Bob wishes he had some magic power to make all the members of his family stop talking when he wants them to! Coming from a rather big family... nine . .. can get pretty hectic when everyone starts talking at once! Bob says it gets so noisy at times that he just wishes he had the power to snap his fingers and turn people off!

... Barry says that he's often tempted to have their friendly ghost, Captain MsCormick (who haunts their Rhode Island mansion) reveal himself in front of strangers! He thinks it would really be funny to see the absolutely terrified and unbelieving expressions that would come over his guests' faces. However, he knows that "the ghost," who's a very definite part of their family, doesn't like to be the butt of a joke. So he controls himself in such instances — even though it's hard!

... Bill wishes his parents wouldn't get angry at all The Cowsill boys when they tease their baby sister, Susan. Since Susan is the youngest — and a girl, to boot — all the boys love to "give her the business." But it's not meant in a mean way. They all really love her and feel protective toward her. Of course, Mini-Mama Barbara and Papa Bud realize this. But when the teasing goes too far... after all, boys will be boys ... they put a stop to it.

... John's greatest desire is to learn how to fly by himself! In fact, he often has to resist the temptation to try! He's really serious about this, and doesn't think it would work if other people laughed at him. And it's him standing in his backyard - flapping his arms. But someday ... when he's all alone with no one around to see him ... he just might try. And who knows? He might even be able to fly!

... Barry ... who always gets the younger girls ... wishes the older girls would go for him! (The older gals go for his older brother Bill - natch!) No, Barry isn't after any of his brother's girlfriends. But sometimes he wishes Bill would turn one of those more sophisticated misses over to him!

... Bill's tempted to take some of the money he's earned and buy himself one really impractical thing - a banana-yellow Triumph 4-A sports car! Bill ... who remembers the days when his family was dead-broke and struggling ... has learned the value of money. But it might be nice ... just once ... to give into the temptation to buy something really impractical!

... John wishes he were the captain of an Apollo moonship! And there's no doubt that he's completely serious about it! John loves his family and adores being part of a group! But he says he'd leave it all behind him in a second if he got the chance to pilot a spaceship into the world beyond. This is one wish nobody in the Cowsill tribe seem to be too worried about! At least, not for a good many years!

... Bob's really tempted to stock up on spaghetti and take it with him every time he goes on tour! It's his favorite food! And he really flips when the group goes on tour and stays at hotels where they don't have it! If he stocked up, however, all he'd have to do is bring his own spaghetti to the chef in the hotel's kitchen. Then he'd have no problem at all! Maybe.
