PART OF THE ACT - The Singing Cowsill family will present its first TV special Saturday (8:30, Ch 3) to be used as a pilot film for a possible new series next season. Although there are nine in the Cowsill family, including both parents, only seven are performers. Shown here are four of them - John 12 (left); Bill, 20; Barry 14 and Bob, 19. The latter has a non-singing twin, Dick, now serving in Vietnam.
