The Cowsills - Captain Sad And His Ship Of Fools (MGM)
The all-American family, who sing with the joy of living, and have deliciously smooth harmonies. I saw them while they were in Britain and they are superb, from mother Cowsill down to little daughter Susie. Four of the tracks are their own songs, of which the title song is the best. If you enjoy happy sounds, then this album is for you. If you don’t buy it now, remember it, because it really is too good to miss.
