10. If you draft people not suggested by us, here are some guidelines to keep in mind: A team member positioned as Dead Celebrity can be either a deceased person or someone who is merely career dead - the Cowsills, for instance, would be available. In order to score points as Tyrannical Despot, a player must (a) have a run a coutnry, or definable U.S. Jurisdiction, within the past 24 months; (b) control an army or police force of more than 10,000 troops; and (c) have banned, rigged or lost a popular election sometime in his or her career.
