Farrell To Coast
NEW YORK-Indie producer -
publisher Wes Farrell wings to
the West Coast Nov. 24 for
three weeks for a series of
meetings and recording dates.
While in Los Angeles, Farrell
will produce dates by the
Cowsills, the Everly Brothers
and a new group whose record
affiliation he will announce at
the completion of their session.
In addition, he will be joined
by songwriter Tony Romeo, under
exclusive contract to Farrell's
publishing organization,
for a series of film producer
confabs in conjunction with
Romeo's activities in the cleffing
of major motion picture
themes. Romeo's tune credits
include, among others, "Poor
Baby" and "Indian Lake," both
top hits for The Cowsills, along
with their current single,
"Candy Kisses."
Farrell will base at the Beverly
Wilshire Hotel while in
Los Angeles.
